Kuala Lumpur, October 17, 2023 – In a move to significantly enhance the Malaysian community’s access to vital company/business information, Credit Bureau Malaysia Sdn Bhd (CBM) has entered into a strategic collaboration with Raffcomm Sdn Bhd (Raffcomm), a key player in digital service provision. This collaboration aims to provide an additional avenue for
CBM’s customers’ access to company/business documents provided by Raffcomm and thus enabling informed decision-making being made more conveniently.
As the inaugural service provider for Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM), Raffcomm has been instrumental in the digital transformation of SSM’s Corporate Information services. Transitioning from counter-dependent services to a digital platform, Raffcomm has made these critical services available online round-the-clock through the SSM E-Info portal since 2006.
Under this alliance, CBM’s customers will now be able to purchase ‘Super Documents’ such as Company Profiles, Business Profiles, forms such as, Form 49, 44, 24, 9, 13A, as well as Certificates through CBM. The ‘Other Documents’ section will feature Business Termination Letters, Financial Comparisons, Document Listing, Particulars, and Attestation of Company Good Standing (ACGS), providing a comprehensive suite for corporate needs.
This collaboration represents a significant step in CBM’s growth journey, aiming to offer more expansive and convenient access to company/business information, designed to empower users with the necessary documents to make more informed business decisions.
